Removing ‘ping’ links from Firefox 3.0

How to remove the support for ‘ping’ WHATWG specification crap.
1) Type  about:config in the url, hit enter
2) Click ‘omg stfu’ on the warning that appears (I’ll be careful, promise)
3) type browser.send_pings  in the search filter, at the top. It says true
4) double click the true value, it will say false.
